How to Use

• Applied on to fresh skin to activate the cream and promote blood flow.
• Massage gently over the face and neck regions with upward and outward movements for 5 to 10 minutes.
• Allow the skin a chance to absorb the ingredients another 2-3 minutes.
• Excess should be removed with a warm, damp cloth or simply with water.
